You can now add avatars, or what are little pictures, usually of yourself but they can be of anything really, to your wordpress profile. It will be associated with your account.
If you’re a regular at wordpress.com to figure out what’s going on with your wordpress template, coding, or what’s new then why not put a face with your name. Like a lot of forums these days you can add a picture of your face and have it show up no in tags, posts, and comments pages.
